The Mindshift Practice is a free, simple daily mental health and wellbeing routine designed to calm the mind, reduce emotional stress, and support lasting positive change. It is available as a guided voice recording and a downloadable written version, so you can listen, read, or combine both in a way that suits you.
The practice is designed to be used 10 minutes before sleep and 10–15 minutes after waking this is the times when the subconscious mind is most open to receiving new beliefs, ideas, and new ways of thinking. Working with the subconscious in this way helps improve sleep, regulate emotions, and gently reset unhelpful or old thought beliefs.
This practice focuses on building strong internal foundations. It helps release beliefs formed through childhood experiences, past trauma, difficult relationships, or chaotic periods of life, patterns that can otherwise block progress and keep people stuck. Many of these beliefs operate automatically and affect confidence, motivation, and emotional wellbeing. It actually takes you back to your authentic self.
Once these foundations are in place, optional goal and dream work is available as a more in depth service. This deeper work is designed to help you clarify direction, purpose, and next steps — but it is only offered after the Mindshift Practice has been established. This ensures the nervous system is settled, the mind is receptive, and real transformation can take place safely and sustainably.
People using the Mindshift Practice often report feeling calmer, sleeping better, and experiencing noticeable improvements in mental wellbeing within days. I actually monitored 26 mental health friends, they all improved their mental health by , 2-3 marks up on the mental health score table, 1 being very ill to 10 being on cloud nine. Two ladies had no further night sweats and slept through the night again. I myself got my love of music back, I discovered walking again for fun and I started drinking water like champagne. One lady was a diabetic and was very ill, she should have been hospitalized with blood pressure over 200, her eating habits were terrible she was not eating at all, as she had in her mind she was fat. After the mindshift practice she was eating back normal sized portions of food, had no desire for sweets, cakes, biscuits or chocolate and was walking again, and again she started drinking more water. About Goals and Dreams
For over 20 years, I didn’t have any real goals or dreams. I was just surviving—going through the motions, feeling lost and stuck in a loop of old fears and limiting beliefs. It was like living life on autopilot, with no clear direction or spark.
Then everything changed when I committed to the Mindshift Practice. By gently rewiring my subconscious mind, I started letting go of the thoughts and stories that had held me back for so long. Slowly but surely, space opened up inside me for hope, clarity, and real possibility.
For the first time in decades, I could dream again. I found the courage to imagine a future I truly wanted—and believed I could create it. That shift transformed not just what I aimed for, but how I felt every day: more alive, motivated, and full of joy.
And because of The Mindshift Practice and doing my goals and dreams I came up with Universal Laughter Land and Anerbotic exercise for all ages. In fact I feel like a totally different person with desires, dreams, goals, joy and of course I'm extremely grateful.
