Universal Laughter Land Ltd
Wellbeing laughter classes, with the power of zoom, face to face laughter classes.
Mission statement
Warning: these exercises will cause happiness, joy and uncontrollable fun. All wrapped up as a movement which is working towards creating jobs, helping loneliness and helping depression and aiding the NHS.
Universal Laughter Land is my little corner of the universe where exercise stops being a chore and turns into something you actually look forward to. And we all know that laughter is the best medicine going. “Our laughter classes combine breathwork, movement, imagination and group connection to support wellbeing and stress relief.” Think of it like a fitness class… but with imagination switched on. You’ll be lifting invisible weights, doing pretend sit ups with giant imaginary medicine balls, and laughing your way through moves you never knew existed. We will even be doing some facial exercises as well.
This isn’t about being the strongest person in the room, it’s about feeling good, and moving your body in ways that stir up all the happy stuff inside you, like serotonin, endorphins, dopamine and oxytocin. People leave these sessions brighter, lighter, and slightly confused about how something so simple works so well.
We mix everyday moves (planks, squats, lunges) with laughter breathing, pretend props, and that little bit of wackiness you forget you’re allowed to have as an adult. Your body gets a workout, your mind gets a holiday, and you leave feeling like someone pressed the reset button.
It’s fun. It’s different.
And honestly — it’s very me.

How I started Universal
Laughter Land
Universal Laughter Land didn’t start with laughter. It started with The Mindshift Practice.
I invented The Mindshift Practice first, I first reprogrammed my mind, and my subconscious quietly took charge and decided I needed more water, about 8 pints a day. So I started drinking it without thinking, tracking, or trying to and wasn't till day two I actually thought to myself goodness I'm drinking a lot of water. Before that, I mainly ran on coffee and lemon squash, which in hindsight explains quite a lot.
Then I started walking more.
Again, no grand plan. My body just knew.
Then something unexpected happened my love of music came back, including Classical music, of all things. Even the music I used to dislike suddenly made sense. It felt like my brain had done a small but meaningful software update.
Then on the Saturday after I'd done the 3 weeks of The Mindshift Practice and after more than 20 years without a dream or goal, something strange happened. One evening an idea arrived. Fully formed. Loud. Refreshing to my thoughts and that idea was something to do with laughter based exercises.
I didn't realize I was actually going to invent a whole new exercise and actually give it a new name entirely and "Anerbotics" was born on 23rd November 2025, and since then my ideas haven’t stopped turning up with no force from my side, they just came and I acted on them.
I actually trained to be a laughter yoga teacher, but something didn't sit right with me. I wanted to incorporate actual exercise with the breath, laughter and imagination. It's unintentional laughter first, which then turns into real laughter, creating all your happy hormones, DOSE, domamin, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins. It absolutely for everyone: children from age three, adults who’ve forgotten how to breathe properly, and anyone who wants a space that feels human, welcoming, and real.
Universal Laughter Land exists for one simple reason:
to help people reconnect with joy and the kind that doesn’t need trying....
Does this sound like something your interested in, please fill in this form and let me know your thoughts on Anerbotics.
What to expect from a laughter class
People often arrive curious, tired, or carrying more than they realise. They leave lighter. Breathing deeper. Standing a little taller. Something shifts.
These classes aren’t about jokes or being funny, although they certainly can be. They’re about giving your body permission to let go. Through simple breathing, movement and shared laughter, the nervous system settles, the mind clears and energy returns. Many people say it’s the first time in ages they’ve felt properly present in their own body.
How It Makes You Feel
After a session, people commonly describe feeling:
Clearer in their head.
More relaxed but energised.
Emotionally lighter.
Less stuck in stress or overthinking.
More connected to themselves and others.
The laughter changes your chemistry and the breathing changes your state. Together, they create a feeling that’s hard to explain but easy to recognise once you’ve felt it.
Why People Keep Coming Back. Because the benefits don’t stop when the class ends. Regular sessions help people:
Manage stress before it builds. Reset their mood quickly
Improve confidence and self expression. Feel more resilient in everyday life.
Create a habit of wellbeing that actually sticks. For many, this becomes their weekly reset. A place where nothing is expected of them except to show up and breathe.
